I attended the University of Florida, where I discovered my passion for medicine and public health. As someone who has always loved creativity and the arts, I knew I wanted a career that would allow me to combine both healthcare and artistic expression. This path led me to Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where my passion for dentistry, cosmetic treatments, and helping others continued to grow. During my training, I became heavily involved in providing dental care to underserved communities and refining my clinical skills, experiences that further strengthened my commitment to patient care.

Why did you decide to become a dentist?
Dentistry is the perfect blend of science, creativity, and medicine. I enjoy helping others while using my artistic abilities and hand skills to create meaningful changes in people’s lives. During dental school, I participated in several mission trips that allowed me to provide care to individuals who otherwise lacked access to dental treatment. Helping patients get out of pain and providing them with the education and resources they needed was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life and reaffirmed my decision to become a dentist.
Today, I find the greatest fulfillment in helping patients regain confidence through their smiles. Cosmetic dentistry, in particular, allows me to create lasting positive changes that impact both oral health and self-esteem.

Fun fact: I am fluent in both English and Spanish and also speak intermediate French.
